​Robert C. Pease, B.Sc., M.Sc., CPG.

Position: Consulting Geologist (U.S.)

Robert C. Pease is a Professional Geologist with a B.Sc. (1976) and M.Sc. (1979) in geology from University of Nevada, Reno. He has 40 years of diversified experience in mineral development and engineering geology in the mining and construction industries. He has managed exploration projects and his field geology work led to discoveries of lode and placer gold and bedded barite deposits in Nevada and California. He has an extensive background in Mother Lode and Basin-Range geology applied to gold deposits and industrial minerals; surface and underground geologic mapping; core and RC drilling and sampling in difficult ground conditions; engineering geology, and project reclamation. He is also experienced with geologic modeling using MineSight three-dimensional software. He was employed as Emgold’s Chief Geologist from 2004 to 2014 and is Emgold’s Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument NI 43-101 for Emergent’s properties in the U.S. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Kevin Dane-MacRae, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Position: Consulting Geologist (Canada)

Kevin Dane-MacRae is a Professional Geologist with a B.Sc. (2011) in geology and earth sciences from St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia.  He has over 10 years of diversified experience in exploration geology and worked for Vale SA prior to joining Mercator Geological Services as a Project Geologist.  While working with Mercator he recently worked as Project Geologist on the Osisko, Windfall Lake Project in the James Bay region of Québec. Mercator is a multi-disciplinary mineral exploration management firm that has been retained by Emergent to provide geological, exploration, and project management services for Emergent’s Canadian properties.  Kevin will act as Emergent's Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument NI 43-101, for Emergent’s exploration properties in Canada.  He is a member of the Association of Professional Geologists of Nova Scotia and a member of the Order des Geoloques du Quebec.
